All sales are final, and no products are to be returned to Dosij under any circumstances. In the event that a product is determined to non-functional or missing through communication with the customer and subsequent investigation by a Dosij employee via email or phone communication, a refund or replacement may be issued at Dosij’s sole discretion. Dosij stands behind its products and wants to ensure that orders are received in working order, but only refund or replacement may be issued for malfunctioning or recalled products only. Customers may dispose of malfunctioning, faulty, or recalled products and provide information for the issuance of a refund or the shipment of a replacement order.
Once Dosij’s Customer Support team receives an inquiry, a determination will be made within approximately 5 business days to complete the request.
If a customer purchased a Dosij product at an independent retail location or through a third-party website, the refund must be handled directly by that store or website where the purchase was originally made.
Dosij retains the right to deny any refund for any reason. Dosij also reserves the right to deny service or sales to any person(s), business, or entity for any reason. While Dosij stands behind the quality of our products, the effectiveness of a product is not a valid reason for a refund, as cannabinoids affect everyone differently.
